Gap of Dunloe, August 12, 2012

The Gap of Dunloe is a glacier-carved pass through the McGillycuddy Reeks (I love that name) mountain range.  It is beautiful!  We got on a little fishing boat that took us through three different lakes, Upper and Muckross Lakes and Lough Leane.  We got off the boat and had lunch at Lord Brandon's Cottage.  After lunch we rode in a horse drawn "trap" and wound our way down through the Irish countryside with a very entertaining jarvey (trap driver).
